Telehealth Services

The coronavirus pandemic is difficult for everyone. But for survivors of trauma, it is especially trying. This is because of how it makes us feel: isolated, scared, anxious, lonely, guilty, sad, even depressed and angry. These feelings are so similar to what it felt like when we were traumatized. The re-emergence of these feelings can cause flashbacks, intrusive memories, and unstable emotions. But please know, you are not alone. Help is available for dealing with the feelings triggered by this unprecedented crisis. Even if you are recovering from the virus at home, homebound because of mandated social distancing, or simply staying home to protect yourself and your family, you can still get counseling to address how this crisis has affected your life and how it is making you feel.

Help is available even in the confines of your home. You don’t have to suffer in silence or muddle through this pandemic alone. Phoenix Counseling & Trauma Treatment Center offers Telehealth sessions Tuesday through Friday during 11am to 4pm.
